4. Purchases, Payments & Refunds
4.1 Purchases
- Users can purchase courses, digital products, and other learning materials via our platform.
- Prices are listed in your local currency and are subject to change without notice.
- We do not store credit card details, and payments are securely processed by third-party providers.
4.2 Refunds
- SkillFusion offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for premium courses.
- Refunds are not available for completed courses, downloadable digital products, or discounted/sale items.
- Refund requests must be made via support@skillfusion.ca, and processing takes 5-10 business days.
5. Intellectual Property & Content Usage
- All content on SkillFusion, including courses, videos, text, graphics, and logos, is protected by copyright laws.
- Users may not copy, distribute, or resell any content without written permission from SkillFusion.
- Instructors retain ownership of their course materials but grant SkillFusion a license to host and promote their content.
6. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

- Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
- Use the platform for unauthorized advertising or solicitation.
- Post offensive, illegal, or harmful content in course discussions.

Violating these terms may result in account suspension or legal action.
7. Instructor Guidelines
- Instructors must have at least 7 years of industry experience to teach on SkillFusion.
- Course content must be original and not violate intellectual property laws.
- SkillFusion has the right to review, approve, and remove any course that does not meet quality standards.
8. Shopping Terms for Digital Products
- Users may purchase ebooks, templates, study materials, and other digital resources.
- All digital product sales are final, and no refunds will be issued unless the file is defective.
- Digital products are for personal use only and may not be shared or resold.
9. Service Availability & Technical Issues
- SkillFusion strives to keep the platform accessible 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
